Features simple connection to Enercon inspection systems and it also works well with any other inspection device that can supply an appropriate signal. Operates at speeds up to 300 fpm. Flashing Light Indicator Alerts your operators to changes in operating status. Green when sealing head is energized, flashing red when sealing power is interrupted. Foil Detection and Bottle Back Up Detection Detect foil presence and bottle back up conditions. Available with Super Seal™ 50, 75 & 100 cap sealers Mobile Cart Provides optimal flexibility for moving sealer from line to line. Stainless steel cart features heavy duty castors and leveling pads. Integrated Network Control & Monitoring The new Integrated Network Control & Monitoring option package allows packagers to incorporate induction sealing into sophisticated line control and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems. Simple remote control and operation is also available from a PC. Stalled Bottle Detector The system detects when a bottle fails to exit the sealing head within a preset time. When this occurs, the sealer is automatically turned off and a "stalled bottle fault" is displayed on the screen of the system.
