Capless sealing solution for laboratory and low production applications

The Pneumatic Jr is a table-top induction sealing system that's ideal for laboratory and low production runs. The system's ultra-reliable power supply and highly efficient sealing head are conveniently mounted on an adjustable stand.

The system effectively seals capped and capless containers. For capless containers the pneumatic sealing head applies pressure to the seal against the container.

Easy set-up and simple operation

Use the handwheel to set the sealing head height, set the V-stop to properly align the container, and set the power supply timer to the required sealing time.

To operate, simply slide a container into the alignment V-stop and the container is precisely positioned. Use the palm switches to activate the sealing head. The pneumatic head lowers and sealing power is automatically applied. Sealing time is as little as three-tenths of a second.
