Video Showcases Founding Principles & New Corporate Headquarters in the Words of Enercon Employees

Enercon Industries Corporation is pleased to release a new video which gives the industry an inside look at the company’s 50-year journey in becoming the leading induction cap sealing and surface treating company in the world.

The new video features Enercon employees sharing insights on how after 50 years the company’s founding principles are part of everyday life at Enercon. Those principles include:

  1. Understanding Customer Applications
  2. Building the Best Equipment with Innovative Technology
  3. Ensuring Product Quality for Long-Term Reliability
  4. Supporting the Customer Long After the Sale

The video also provides never before seen access to the company’s new Corporate Headquarters in Germantown Wisconsin. The new facility increases Enercon’s manufacturing capacity, expands the team’s research & development laboratories, and offers advanced support capabilities for customers.

Enercon President & Chief Sales Officer Ryan Schuelke says, “We thank all of our customers for the trust they’ve placed in us over the years. The new facility is an investment in them. And, if you are not yet an Enercon customer, I encourage you to watch this video and see what Enercon’s employees can do for you.”

“I had never heard of Enercon before working with them on this video project. Not only did I learn a lot about the impact that they make in the world of induction sealing & surface treating, but I also came away very impressed with the passion of their workforce. Our crews have the opportunity to see the behind-the-scenes operations of hundreds of businesses, and it was clear to see why Enercon is a leader in the industries it serves. Employees I spoke with say they go above and beyond to produce the best results for the company and its customers because they know the family-owned business will reciprocate that care with them. It was fun witnessing their positive work environment in person, and it was a pleasure to be part of telling the Enercon story.” Ryan Rodig, Senior Storytelling Video Producer of Gillespie Productions
