Integrated Network Control & Monitoring

Incorporating induction sealing into an integrated control network has never been easier. Enercon's technology helps customers use network line control to improve output and reduce downtime.

The new Integrated Network Control & Monitoring option allows packagers to incorporate induction sealing into sophisticated line control and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems. Simple network control and operation is also available from a PC.

This option package works with virtually any customer-supplied software so packagers can customize data from the cap sealer to create their own unique remote interface screen. Connects with virtually any fieldbus or Industrial Ethernet network including, but not limited to:

• PROFINET
• EtherNet/IP
• ModBus TCP

Enercon's Integrated Network Control & Monitoring package provides all the cap sealing control functionality and data monitoring required for powerful integrated line control. 

This option is compatible with Enercon's, Super Seal™ Pro, and Super Seal™ Max. These systems also feature a touch screen interface for local control.
