Enercon Introduces the New Generation Super Seal™ Max Induction Cap Sealer at Pack Expo Chicago with Intelligent Sealing for High-Speed Lines
Enercon continues its mission to help packagers Achieve a Perfect Seal™ by releasing the next generation Super Seal™ Max offering packagers maximum sealing power with advanced sealer controls and operation (South Hall S-1766). With integrated operator assistance for setup, operation, and troubleshooting, induction sealing has never been easier.

7” Touchscreen Enables New Features
Standard operating controls are now supported with integrated support help screens. Operators can also access Enercon’s support website for additional troubleshooting through built-in QR codes. And, maintenance reminders are integrated to ensure packagers prevent downtime.
USB Added for Data Connectivity
One of the more unique features is the sealer’s USB drive. Through this device, packagers can download data from the sealer such as detailed fault, event, and maintenance logs. It can also be used for updating system software in the field.
Troubleshooting Intelligence – Like Having an Enercon Engineer On-site
Should a fault occur, the Super Seal™ Max automatically captures critical system data leading up to, during and after the fault. The data captured is equivalent to the data an Enercon engineer would capture with an oscilloscope connected to the sealer. Data can be downloaded through the USB and emailed to Enercon’s support team for analysis and rapid troubleshooting.
Integrated Network Control & Monitoring for Any Industrial Protocol
The new Super Seal™ Max also offers Integrated Network Control & Monitoring that supports all industrial protocols for simple network controls, as well as sophisticated line integration such as SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition.)
